As of 4/5/07, the building is weather tight as the single ply roofing is complete, windows are installed, the stucco brown coat is complete and ready for finish coat. Interior mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in is nearly complete, and drywall has started. On-site curbs are complete, the parking lot and drive aisles were paved 11/6/06 and all off site work is complete as well. The project is expected to be completed in July of 2007.
