non-denominational church that also presents the gospel
of Jesus Christ without compromise in an contemporary environment that promotes
wholeness and growth.
The Rock
of Roseville draws people from the entire Sacramento area including
areas such as Rocklin, Roseville, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay, Folsom,
Auburn, Antelope, Lincoln and other surrounding areas. The Rock of
Roseville is among the many Sacramento churches found throughout
Sacramento region.

Tomorrow
Someone once said,
"In times of change, learners inherit the Earth, while the learned find
themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer
exists.:"
In our ever-changing world, may we not be the last ones to figure out
what God is doing. We're called by God to be the head and not the
tail, above and not beneath. To hear His still, small voice. to
join Him in building a church of the future... today.
What will a church of tomorrow look like? Architectural plans
have already been prepared for our new Rock facility. It will
provide a relaxing, culturally familiar environment for Rock Partners
as well as guests. In our hectic, stress-filled world, people are
looking for the rest only God can give. We want our new
facilities to provide an atmosphere people can feel at home in, basking
in the wonderful presence of God.
As The Rock was birthed in many hours of corporate prayer, so our new
facility will house a 24-hour Prayer Center. The prophet Isaiah,
speaking for the Lord, wrote, "My house shall be called a house of
prayer for all nations." (Isaiah 56:7)
May God continually draw us close to Him... to worship around His
throne... to pray what is on His heart... to change us into HIs image
and likeness.
The main entrance of the new Rock building will showcase a tranquil
courtyard and soothing water fountain. A walk through its stately
glass doors will reveal a comfortable hotel lobby with palm trees,
couches and chairs.
Beyond it are stairs leading to the Rock Cafe' and Bookstore where
dozens of tables will provide the perfect environment for either
fellowship or private reflection.
The combination courtyard, lobby, care' and bookstore will be over
7,000 square feet, providing a spacious atmosphere for our goal of
being the "friendliest church in the history of the world."
To the right of the church lobby will be the smiling face of a whale,
taking you into the children's ministries. Children are some of
God's best dreamers. Imagine a kid's room complete with computer
interactive Bible games, big screens and kids teams exploding with
excitement.
Back and to the left of the lobby is a 700-seat auditorium with movie
theater seats, perfectly suited for theatrical productions and video
recordings of our church meetings. These videos can either be for
personal use or for other satellite Rock churches that would desire to
broadcast our teachings.
The Great Adventure
As we endeavor to
grow up into a mature, Christ-like family, Rock Partners are embracing
the great adventure of sharing the heart of God with others. By
His grace, we are learning how to truly love... to give unselfishly...
to become servants of all... endeavoring to honor everyone...
absolutely everyone in our community. We've already seen massive
walls of distrust come crashing down. Though still in a fledgling
state... this faith vision drips with God's eternal purpose... "to
transform into sons and daughters of the living God anyone willing to
surrender their hearts to Him."
